This Privacy Policy explains how Malina Entertainment ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Smart Run (Russian title «Умный Забег»), the "App". By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not run our own servers and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Play (purchases) process as described below.
The App saves your game progress locally on your device (for example: high scores, distance records, unlocked and equipped skins, earned in-game currency, language choice, sound settings, and whether you purchased the Supporter/Premium upgrade). This information is stored only on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
The App has no login, no user account, and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts, or location.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain information such as your device's advertising identifier, general (coarse) location inferred from your IP address, and interactions with ads. This is handled by Google, not by us.
The optional one-time "Support Us / Premium" upgrade is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. We never see or store your card number or full billing details; we only receive confirmation of whether the purchase was completed so the App can enable the upgrade.
The App is a family-friendly educational game and contains no violent, sexual, or gambling content. It is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Because game data lives only on your device, you are in full control: clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App deletes it. You can limit ad tracking at any time through your device's advertising settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
